This mini masterpiece was inspired by Bob Ross. I was scheduled to attend a Bob Ross painting class to help hone my talent. However, our current pandemic interfered so I titled this little happy painting with him in mind. The sassy little surprise with these jellies is that they are accented with blacklight-activated paint! Try it out and enjoy this miniature piece in a natural light setting or psychedelic blacklight!
